BVAC does not receive any funds from the city, taxes, or any other organization, we stand on our own.  Our fees go back in the program, grounds and facilities.  We pay for the following:

Grass seed, sod, watering the fields, aerate the fields 4 times a year, gravel for parking lot, mowing crew, mowing equipment, dirt for fields, port a potties, field paint, soccer goals and nets, field lights, trash/pick up, team shirts, Ref fees, medals, printing and mailing fliers, web site, office-availability- it’s open 5 days a week, insurance, janitorial, facility maintenance, parking lot lights,  and paying off the loan for the soccer fields and remodel of the gym.

• Individually by grade.
• Friend and/or coach request.
• BVAC has final jurisdiction.

• All coaches of BVAC Youth Sports leagues are volunteer.
• Volunteering to coach a youth sports team can be a rewarding service to the youth of our community and tons of fun.
• Please mark on the registration form if you are interested in coaching!

• All participants should be contacted by their coach after the coaches meeting.
• Coaches will pass along information regarding picture, practice, and games schedules.
• Participants are encouraged to call their coach or check the web page for information in case of practice or game cancellations.

• The sports director offers practice times and locations and coaches select a practice slot.
• Practices can be Monday thru Friday at 5:30, 6:30, or 7:30.
• All youth sports teams usually practice once per week for one hour.
• Practices are held at BVAC or FLC Locations (See map on web page)
• All participants should contact your coach about practice cancellations.

• All games are played at BVAC.
• Rules for each sport are posted on our web page
• All Game Schedules and Rainout Schedules are found on our web page.

• Refunds will only be given in case of injury in which player will not be able to participate, such as broken arm etc. (injury with Doctors note).
• There will be a $15 administration fee on all refunds.
• If refunds are given during the season because of such an injury, it will be pro-rated based on games played and practices.

• All participants receive a BVAC t-shirt that they are required to wear during games.
• All participants receive an award.
• All teams will play 8 games at BVAC.
• Practice fields available at BVAC or FLC.
• Individual and Team photos will be offered to all participants. (Extra Charge)
