BASKETBALL CAMP- 2024
DEADLINE: November 11th, 2024 Camp is for players in all divisions!
DATES FOR CAMP: THURSDAY NOV. 14TH, FRIDAY NOV 15TH and SATURDAY NOV 16TH
FEE: 3 years - 4 years $50.
Camp times- 3 & 4 years old Thursday Nov 14th and Friday 15th-6:00pm -7:00pm
Saturday Nov 16th 9:00am-10:00am *Parents must participate with child.
FEE: 5 years - 6th grade $55
Camp times- Thursday Nov 14th and Friday Nov. 15th- 6:30pm- 8:00pm
Saturday Nov 16th 10:00am- 11:30am
- Players will learn:
- Dribbling, Passing, Shooting, Defense/Offense.
- Bring a water bottle
- All players receive a free basketball.
BASKETBALL LEAGUE 2024/2025
DEADLINE: November 17th, 2024.
FEE: $110. Ages 5 years to 6th grade 10 game session.
3 years and 4 year old division $90.00 8 game season!
($15 late fee after deadline)
Practices begin: The week of December 2nd in the BVAC gym. Practice could be: Monday, Wednesday or Friday evenings
Games begin: December 14th, 2024
- All players are welcome. Players are allowed to play up one division.
- League play is 10 games for 5 years through 6th grade. 3 and 4 year old season will be 8 games.
- All games are played on Saturdays at BVAC.
- TEAM SHIRT is included in your fee.
- All coaches are volunteers.
AGE DIVISIONS:
Division 1: 3-4 years old. 8 game season
Goal will be at 6.5 feet, Mini ball, one coach per team on the court during games. Parents may ONLY help their child on the court during practices with coach approval (not during games). All players will receive a medal. No score is kept.
Division 2: 5-6 years old in Kindergarten. 10 game season.
Goal will be at 6.5 feet, Junior size ball. All players will receive a medal. No score is kept.
Division 3: 1st and 2nd grade. 10 game season.
8 foot goal, Junior size ball. Medals will only be given to 1st & 2nd place
Division 4: 3rd and 4th grade. 10 game season
10 foot goal, 28.5 size ball. Medals will only be given to 1st & 2nd place
Division 5: 5th and 6th grade. 10 game season
10 foot goal, 28.5 size ball. Medals will only be given to 1st & 2nd place
